Description of Package
Big Adventure Package - $100
Includes automatic birdies on hole 2 and 12 and an eagle on 18 (1 per foursome) and 1 entry into putting contest and 30 raffle tickets.
Birdie / Eagle Package - $60
Includes automatic birdies on hole 2 and 12 and an eagle on 18 (1 per foursome) and 1 entry into putting contest.
Putting Contest - $20
Includes entry for 1 participant. We will be giving away a Titleist GT1 Driver valued at $650!
Raffle Tickets - $20 for 10 tickets
Prizes include golf apparel, amazing high-end bottles of alcohol, gift certificates and more

All proceeds from the second annual LBA Golf Classic will benefit Life's Big Adventures, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit celebrating kids' and teens' medical milestones by funding vacations and providing admission to special events for persevering children and their families. LBA was created to honor the memory and adventurous spirit of Taylor "T.J." Lequin, while giving other remarkable kids the opportunity to make lasting memories of their own.

Since its formation in 2021, Life's Big Adventures has provided or contributed to more than 100 adventures for kids celebrating medical milestones. LBA has sent resilient families on Hawaiian getaways, created magical trips to Disneyland for Phoenix Children's cancer warriors, organized Southern California beach vacations for young heroes, sent music-loving teens to concerts and musicals, helped young sports fans attend collegiate and pro events, and more. Your participation in the LBA 2025 Golf Classic will help to fund BIG adventures for kids celebrating medical victories in the coming months - including our first international excursion!
